If you purchased jewelry from Vardy’s Jewelers, we are always happy to receive one of our diamonds back when you are ready for an upgrade.

TO UPGRADE A VARDY’S JEWELERS DIAMOND:

•If you purchased jewelry from Vardy’s Jewelers, we will apply the exact price you paid for your
diamond (excluding tax) towards the purchase
of your new diamond.
• All original diamond certificates must
accompany the return.
• Diamond(s) must be in the original condition
with no damage.

Not applicable to lab grown diamonds.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Vardy’s Jewelers, you can exchange or return it for store credit within the first 15 days from the date of purchase.

Special orders and custom design are non returnable, non refundable, and not valid for exchanges.

Bring your ring within the first 60 days of purchase if it does not fit just right.
Every additional ring resizing after the first 60 days will be at the responsibility of the customer. 

FREE APPRAISALS

Every piece of jewelry purchased from Vardy’s Jewelers will receive a free appraisal for insurance purposes. We will provide free updated appraisals every two years or upon request.

A critical step in protecting and preserving the value of your jewelry is getting an updated appraisal on a regular basis. In fact, if the most recent appraisal of your jewelry took place five or more years ago, it’s time to get a new appraisal.
You may be asking what a jewelry appraisal does for you.

The obvious answer is that an appraisal sets a value for your jewelry. And with today’s roller-coaster values for gold, platinum, silver and gemstones, knowing what your jewelry is worth can save you heartache later if your jewelry is lost or stolen.The appraisal provides basic information most insurance carriers need to offer coverage for your jewelry. The updated value, along with the detailed description provided by an appraisal, will help smooth your settlement process if you were to suffer a loss.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

In order for your Lifetime Warranty Plan to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Your Vardy’s Jewelers Records indicate a history of inspection every 6 months from the date of purchase by an authorized representative of Vardys Jewelers
  2. The prongs must not indicate any evidence of tampering or abuse.
  3. Should any repairs become necessary, they must be completed by Vardy’s Jewelers Only.
VARDY’S JEWELERS LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
  1. Damage through neglect or abuse.
  2. Loss of the center stone.
  3. Damage from repairs performed by anyone other than a Vardy’s Jewelers Goldsmiths.
  4. Loss due to theft or disappearance.
